Here is a Conscious Creation Gift for This Season:

Today is Winter Solstice (12/21/09).
And Chanukah just ended (12/18/09).
The Islamic New Year Just Began (12/18/09).
And Christmas is in 5 days (12/25/09). .
Kwanzaa starts the day after (12/26/09). .
For Our Buddhist Friends we have had Buddha’s Enlightment Day (12/08/09)
And the Anniversary of a Buddhist Monk Predicted by Buddha: Je Tsongkapa (12/26/09)
And there may be other traditions and holidays
Of which I am not aware as I write this.

“The Holidays” can be good… Time to be with friends and family,
To renew spiritual connections… Time off from work.

However, they can also present extra stress and extra challenges.
Some of us have lost important loved ones this time of year.
Or the Holidays represent extra obligations at a time when
we don’t feel we have “extra” with which to meet them.
